Andrea Kaiser is a bilingual IT and cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of international experience, specializing in network architecture, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise security.
Originally from Colombia, she relaunched her career in the United States after a planned career pause to raise a family. She currently serves as the Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Montana’s largest credit union, where she leads strategic initiatives in IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and system resilience.
She is also a certified cybersecurity mentor, volunteer educator, and active member of Women in Cybersecurity, Women in Security and Privacy, ISC2, and Toastmasters — working to inspire and empower women and girls in tech, and supporting others navigating career transitions.
